Safety

La Triveneta Cavi is committed to ensuring the health and safety of all employees, suppliers, customers and anyone else who may be involved in the company's activities.

Providing a healthy and safe working environment at all production sites and offices and putting in place appropriate preventive measures to reduce the risk of accidents and injuries caused by work activities, minimising, as far as possible, the causes of risks associated with the working environment.

To comply with this policy, La Triveneta Cavi has defined eight general objectives. The health of workers is protected by preventive measures that include both health surveillance carried out by the competent doctor and technical means and safety procedures designed to prevent accidents in the various operating units.

8 objectives to ensure compliance

Leadership and accountability
Managers must be empowered to take on a leadership role by defining their responsibilities and must have adequate resources and the necessary authority to achieve the required objectives and ensure that the safety policy is communicated, understood and periodically reviewed.

Risk prevention
It is necessary to be proactive, integrating health and safety procedures into all phases of the project, technical assistance or production life cycle, implementing control standards that comply with the requirements of applicable national and international regulations and laws..

Skills
All internal and external personnel must be aware of existing issues and must have the necessary experience and training to effectively assume their responsibilities.

Accident prevention and analysis
Future accidents must be prevented by identifying potential areas of risk and monitoring trends in order to continuously improve health and safety performance.

Reporting management and control
Procedures for reviewing activities must be established and an accurate reporting process must be conducted.

Selecting partners and contractors
Contractors and suppliers must be selected and monitored to ensure that they are able to guarantee performance in line with our health and safety standards, communicating the requirements of the Safety Management System, including the policy.

Change management
In a constantly evolving work environment, the change management process must be taken into account in safety programmes.

Emergency and crisis management
Potential emergencies or crises must be identified in advance so that their management can be planned.
